Hannah Caprez is an Industrial Designer by trade with a focus on human understanding and empathy through strategy and design research. Hannah has worked across industries and countries, collaborating with industry leading companies, including Hasbro, Google, Target, and Nestle working on front end innovation through trends research as well as product design and development. With a passion for sports and human performance, she has spent the past three years working side by side with the Rockefeller Neuroscience Institute to communicate their research, aiding in taking their findings to the public.

Tara Prabhu come's to X1 from an educational background in Industrial Design. Her interests lie in the intersection between design research, brand, product, and experiences. Tara has worked primarily in softgoods design focusing on trend research and interpretation, product innovation, materiality, and colorway ideation and has worked closely with merchant and product development teams as well as overseas factory communications. She has also worked in research visualization and user experience across industries with companies such as Fossil Group, the Rockefeller Neuroscience Institute, and Nestle.

Jordan Hildebrandt brings 10 years of Industrial Design and Brand Innovation experience as well as a mastery of lean model strategies. Jordan has contributed to front-end innovation initiatives for fortune 500 companies, including Henkel, Bernzomatic, Tweezerman, Kelloggs, Purina, Wrigley ACCO Brands, a variety of P&G brands, and has guided institutional new ventures and startups including Rockefeller Neuroscience Institute, Cincinnati Children's Hospital and the Army National Guard through product development to commercialization.
